February 17th 2003 Ian Sutherland joins the Connections Group in Technical Services. Ian adds IT, Graphic, and Web Design experience to our list of talents.
December 15th 2002 Carlos Choy, Senior Business Programmer, is pleased to announce our new LDS or "Live Data System". Our new Customer Service Response system is now fully automated and integrated into our back-end accounting system. November 13th 2001 The Connections Group is pleased to announce the promotion of Stefan Neuberg to Manager, technical support. Stefan's has proven himself to be a valuable employee and a real asset to our Customers. Congratulations Stefan.
March 13th 2000 The Connections Group is pleased to announce the addition of Stefan Neuberg to our technical support team. Stefan's qualifications include a Cisco CCNA (Certified Cisco Network Associate), MCP, (Microsoft Certified Professional).
January 1st 2000 We are pleased to announce that no significant problems where encountered by our customers due to the Year 2000 rollover. Connections Group wants to wish all of our customers the very best for the new year.
October 1st 1999 Paul Owen, Senior development programmer is pleased to announce, our new On-Line CSR (customer service response) system launch and beta test start. Paul and his team have recently designed a fully automated CSR tracking system using SQL Server 7.0 together with an ISAPI front end which is accessed through our Web Site. Now our technicians can update our field service forms live while on a customer site. This enables us to provide the highest level of customer service since our inception.
September 1st 1999 David Turner, MCSE Joins the Connections Group Team. The Connections Group is pleased to announce the addition to our tech support team, a very talented young man, Mr. David Turner. At 28, David is almost an old timer in the computer industry and he brings his vast knowledge and work experiences to benefit our customers. Welcome aboard David!

In Celebration of our 5th Anniversary, the connections group has undertaken an extensive image overhaul. We have contracted with Westholme Graphics Inc, the company who put together our original look, to help bring the connections group into the year 2000.

We are pleased to announce that we have now completed our Year 2000 system replacements. Our services to you will not be interrupted by the year 2000 roll over due to any of our systems or procedures. New NT Server deployed for our Internal Management System. The Connections group is pleased to announce that we have now completed our roll-out of our new Internal LAN. Our Server utilizes the latest in Pentium III technology from Intel, together with a "Switched" 100 Mb LAN Backbone.
