Don's background is an ecclectic one. Coming from Property Management and Novell administration, Don takes a hands on approach to managing the Connections Group. He keeps his knowledge current and he's the source of most of the innovations that TCG comes out with. He got his start with the Credit Bureau of Vancouver in 1983 and has been actively involved in business since. His networking knowledge is well rounded with a finance interest as well. Don founded the Connections Group in 1994 and has run a successful Internet Service Provider as well.

Carlos is a graduate of the University of Victoria, 1991, in Economics and Computer Science. He brings 3 years of Project Management experience. His role is providing technical expertise in integration of hosted applications for our clients, as well as leading the development of new applications. Connections Group has spawned a number of projects in Pay-Per-View Windows Media Streaming, Voice-over-IP, client-server business applications, and web applications for which Carlos took a leading role. His current skills include C++, Java, Python and PHP.

With 13+ years of UNIX experience, including 5 years of UNIX Systems Administration using SCO UNIX, Dave is our Unix expert. He's run a successful computer consulting business for 8 years, specializing, but not limited to the transportation industry. He has extensive knowledge of shell script programming in Bourne, Korn, Perl etc and taught UNIX / Linux administration at BCIT for 7 years.
